In Le Borsat residence in Tignes Val Claret, ideally located at the foot of the slopes and close to the ski lifts, this charming 2-room cabin in mountain style with a surface area of 38 m² can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and has a south-east facing balcony offering a beautiful view.
The nearest shops (bakery, restaurants) are a few minutes' walk away and the center of Val Claret is also very easily accessible on foot.
KITCHEN: the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave,
LIVING ROOM: television, Wi-Fi connection, the balcony offers an unobstructed view of the slopes. There are 2 sofas, one of which can be converted into a single pull-out bed (size 2 x 80 cm)
DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH BALCONY: it has a double bed (size 140 cm) and is very bright thanks to a French window opening onto a balcony.
CABIN: equipped with bunk beds (2x90cm the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age, article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of August 25, 1995), it offers a cozy space ideal for young and old alike; there is a small window.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are not included (can be rented from the agency, order to be placed before your arrival).
BATHROOM, SEPARATE TOILETS: bathroom with bathtub. Washing machine available in the toilets.
SKI LOCKER: a private ski locker is available on the ground floor of the residence (number 27).
As parking in Tignes is highly regulated, we advise you to reserve your parking space before your arrival.

In winter, you can hit the snowy slopes of the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area, which covers more than 300 km. The resort of Tignes also offers a wide range of winter sports to enjoy without moderation: walking or snowshoeing, dog sledding, ice skating (outdoor rink open depending on weather conditions), ice diving, ...
In summer, Lake of Tignes, its water sports center, and the sports beach offer a multitude of activities for young and old alike, whatever their level. It is also the starting point for magnificent hikes, and the downhill trails reserved for mountain bikers will delight enthusiasts. Golf enthusiasts can head to the 18-hole Tignes golf course located at the top of Val Claret.
In Tignes le Lac, whether in winter or summer, the Lagon center with its swimming pool, spa, and gym welcomes you. The TIGNESPACE center regularly hosts wonderful cultural events, as does the Maison de Tignes and its dedicated space.
